Join trYoga with Rivkah for a 2-hour workshop to learn how to take yoga from the class to off the mat.
The workshop will begin with a 30-minute flow practice, followed by a 45-minute, in-depth look at poses that can easily be worked into daily life in increments of 30 seconds, 2 minutes, and 5 minutes. The workshop will end with a 15-minute mindfulness relaxation and 30 minutes for tea, coffee, and discussion.
