The Tel Aviv District Committee has just approved the creation of an apartment complex adjacent to Geha Highway and Coca-Coca junction.
The plan covers a 4,000 meter area at the border of Bnei Brak, between Rav Kahaneman/ Hashomer, and Highway 4, and will see the creation of approximately 500 residential units in place of the current automobile dealership and car garage. 100 units are specifically intended for newly-married couples.
The new neighborhood will also include new cultural, religious, and educational institutions, a large central park, and over 20 kindergartens. To alleviate current and projected traffic problems, a new highway connecting the neighborhood to the rest of the city.
