Mail “Service” Update
For those who thought the post office problem would be solved, it seems you may have a little longer to wait. Despite daily complaints from citizens, who are claiming that it can take them up to three months to receive letters, and a strongly worded document by the mayor demanding efficiency in the postal service, it appears the situation has yet to be resolved.
The frustration was expressed and pinpointed by a Ramat Hadar citizen, Reut. “How is it that a branch that is supposed to serve half of the city is open for so few hours? Why is there no option to schedule appointments online? Why does Givat Shmuel repeatedly fail to receive what is granted to other towns, from Israeli post?,” she quoted sadly.
